In the year 2015, the United Nations adopted Sustainable Development Goals. (SDGs) These goals are basically an agenda for international development and a better future for everyone which should be achieved by the year 2030. This agenda has 17 goals regarding global challenges including poverty, inequality, climate change, environmental degradation, peace, and justice. In order to achieve these goals, actions need to be taken from all levels; such as government, private organizations, and individuals.
As a manufacturer and seller, we have many opportunities to contribute to a better future. Our commitments for these goals are divided into 4 levels Manufacturing, product development, social contribution, and Other workplace-related contribution.
1. For manufacturing, we have committed to following 3 goals
- Goal 7: Affordable and Clean Energy
- Goal: 9 Industry Innovation and Infrastructure
- Goal 12: Responsible consumption and production
In order to accomplish these goals, our company is introducing automated manufacturing processes and improved bleaching technology which reduces water consumption by about 15% and also working on eco-friendly production technology to use sustainable energy.
2. Commitments by the product development team:
- Goal 3: Good Health and Well-being
- Goal 9: Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure
- Goal 12: Responsible consumption and production
- Goal 14: Life Below Water
The company is focusing on using organic cotton as raw material. Organic cotton helps achieve responsible consumption and production. Using fewer chemicals promotes good health and well-being for the land and people engaged in production. We will also reduce the use of packaging material to reduce the effects of our products on the environment.

To achieve the above goals our company has decided to continue monetary and medical product donations to organizations like local schools and The Red Cross for 10 years until 2030.
